What is FTL?
FTL stands for (Full Truck Load). Transport where the truck is completely filled with your goods. The advantage of this is that our drivers spend less time on the transport, since they only have to drive to one location. FTL is also an advantage for the client, because this is the fastest way of transporting goods. Goods are transported from the loading location to the recipient in a direct way.
What is LTL?
LTL stands for (Less Than Truckload). This refers to the partial load of a truck. To make it profitable for all parties, Brouwers is looking for more loads that can fit in the truck. To avoid long waiting times at unloading points, we at Brouwers try to work with grouped types of goods. This reduces waiting times considerably.
What are the advantages of LTL/FTL?
For the client, FTL is a significant advantage, as it is by far the fastest form of transportation. An advantage of LTL is that we always come up with flexible and creative solutions, so your goods are still delivered on time. Furthermore, with both FTL and LTL there is one point of contact. We are a family business and find personal contact with our customers important.
